A wedding nanny is a professional caregiver who provides dedicated childcare during your wedding. Our experienced nannies ensure children are safe, entertained, and engaged, allowing parents and guests to relax and enjoy the celebration. We bring age-appropriate toys, books, and activities to keep little ones happy while maintaining a structured, fun environment.
What ages do you provide care for?
We provide care for children of all ages, from infants to older kids. Our nannies are experienced in handling a variety of needs, including feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, and engaging activities tailored to different age groups.
Do you provide childcare at the wedding venue or a separate space?
We can provide care in whichever setting works best for your event. Whether it’s at the reception, a designated kids' area at the venue, or even a hotel room for younger children needing quiet time, we tailor our services to fit your wedding day plan.
How many nannies do I need for my wedding?
The number of nannies depends on the number and ages of children attending. As a general guideline, we recommend:
1 nanny for every infant (newborn to 12 months)
1 nanny for every baby ( 12 to 24 months)
1 nanny for every 2 toddlers (ages 2 - 4 years)
1 nanny for every 3 pre-school children (4 - 6 years)
1 nanny for every 4 children (6 + years)

How much does it cost to add an extra nanny to my wedding childcare package?
The rate for an additional nanny is $55 per hour. We will work with you to determine if you need an extra nanny and how many are required based on the number of children and their ages.
How do I book your wedding nanny services?
Booking is easy! Simply contact us via our website or email with your wedding date, location, and the estimated number of children needing care. We’ll discuss your specific needs and create a customized childcare plan. A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due before the wedding.
Do you provide transportation to the wedding venue?
Yes! Our nannies will drive to your wedding venue, and we include 30 complimentary miles from our base location. If your venue is farther, a small mileage fee will apply. We’ll discuss any additional travel costs upfront so there are no surprises.
Are you and your nannies CPR-certified?
Yes! We keep our CPR certification up to date to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
